New Year's Meditation in Miami, FL

As Stuart prepares to leave New York one week from this weekend for Miami, FL for a meditation intensive November 13, 14, 15, I would like also to announce that a meditation retreat is scheduled to begin Thursday December 31 in Miami, as well!

Take advantage of this wonderful time to ring in the New Year with our teacher. You will attend three profoundly deep meditation classes per day followed by hands-on healing work and an opportunity to ask questions about your own work and receive guidance from Stuart, who has been teaching this meditation for over 40 years now.

New York City Meditation Retreat

Dear Friends,

Good news! As of this evening, November 1 four students have confirmed they will be attending the meditation retreat we announced recently for the first weekend in December right here in New York City and since we only need a few more students, the retreat is definitely happening.

Having a meditation retreat in New York City is really exciting, has anyone ever attended one IN THE CITY, if so please add a comment to this post (on the blog found at http://whoaminews.blogspot.com/).

To continue, if you aren't already living within driving distance of New York City then definitely book your flight and pack your bag and be here December 4th, 5th and 6th. Retreats will be held at Michelle and Derek's apartment at 90 West Street.

You will attend three profoundly deep meditation classes each day followed by hands-on healing work and an opportunity to ask your own questions about your work and receive guidance from Stuart who has been teaching the meditation for over 40 years now.

The cost for the weekend is $300.

I have some exciting news this morning. Stuart has expressed a keen interest to host a meditation intensive the first weekend of December in "The Big Apple".

Everyone is encouraged to attend, but you do need to have learned the exercise previously and have been attending meditation classes for a while because the classes are extremely powerful and transformative.

The first weekend of December is just right around the corner, so if you are interested please R.S.V.P. now!
